EXPOLOODS

At 'de Werkplek' we rent out affordable flexible workplaces in Amsterdam-Noord. The prices are low, but the wifi is fast, the coffee good and the people nice. In addition to our ergonomic workplaces, we offer many extras such as meeting rooms, phone booths, sports lessons, movie nights, drinks, etc. Also our Expoloods, this warehouse is our blank canvas, a space where a lot is possible.

It's all possible.
With a total area of over 93m2, the warehouse is very multi-functional.

(Ground floor is 14.75m x 4.50m and the loft is 6m x4.50m)

The 'Expoloods' is the only space that we also rent out at de Werkplek without a subscription. We do use different prices for this than for our members (see next page). Suppose you are looking for a space for a weekly yoga workshop, then it might be cheaper to take out a subscription with us!

The Expoloods is not equipped with central heating, but with our electric heating and patio heaters we ensure a comfortable temperature.

Do you want luxury tea and coffee or rather jugs of coffee at your meeting? What are your wishes for lunch, dinner or drinks? Everything is possible, according to your wishes. You can arrange everything yourself or we can completely unburden you. A food truck is also a good idea. In the price list you can see everything we offer.

Summer or winter, we have a lovely (partly) covered outdoor area, which you can also use. For lunch in the spring sun, mulled wine by the fire, the breakout session in the summer.

We understand that there are probably still questions and therefore we suggest to just drop by and have a look. We will show you all and discuss the options.
